BrandVerge has grown a lot since it launched in 2018, now hosting over 150 media vendors on our marketplace. In recent weeks we have updated the website’s look, worked to help brands and publishers collaborate in the new normal of working from home, and most recently, we have been named a Cool Vendor by Gartner in the 2020 Cool Vendors in Advertising report.
For those unfamiliar with Gartner and its Cool Vendor recognition, Gartner is the world’s leading research and advisory company. The company defines a Cool Vendor as “A small company offering a technology or service that is: innovative – enables users to do things they couldn’t do before, impactful – has or will have a business impact – not just technology for its own sake, intriguing – has caught Gartner’s interest during the past six months.”
According to the report, “marketing leaders responsible for advertising face the challenge of campaign targeting and measurement in a cookie-free world. Innovative ad tech vendors offer solutions that address this challenge, in areas including market research and planning, contextual ad buys and identity resolution.”
