Job Description:

This is a unique opportunity to join an exciting startup as the first Director of Marketplace Partnerships. You will work directly with our co-CEOs to implement a strategy for driving growth across our advertiser & agency clients. This role is perfect for someone looking to play an integral part in agency & brand development at BrandVerge, and mentoring for future Marketplace Development hires.

If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have the ability and track-record of identifying and qualifying prospects, you will be a critical part of building our Marketplace Partnerships Team.
 

Responsibilities:

  • Cultivating demand-side community for the BrandVerge marketplace

  • Understanding the platform adoption cycle and how to best approach potential and existing demand side clients

  • Ability to prioritize and maintain lists of prospects

  • Have a deep understanding of the BrandVerge platform the ability to articulate it to customers

  • Promote the BrandVerge-Client relationship by providing thought leadership and consultation on aligning our customers business needs to our products, solutions and services

  • Demonstrates ability to develop lasting, consultative customer relationships
     

Requirements:

  • 3+ years’ experience in digital media and/or SaaS  

  • Prior experience in online/digital sales or SaaS with a solid understanding of the digital advertising landscape

  • Strategic marketing or digital solution experience in account management/client services

  • Ability to understand and explain SaaS solutions

  • Possess outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written
